Here we have for sale my DT230. These bikes are becoming very hard to find in this condition and can only appreciate in value. I bought the bike 2 years ago with the intention of joining the TRF and using it to go green laning. Due to a change in my circumstances this did not happen and unfortunately it now must go.
These bikes make excellent green laners but if your reading this you will probably know their reputation. They also make a very quick trail bike for road use and will easilly top 90 mph ( not on the public highway of course ). The bike has YPVS and puts out about 40bhp ( think 35bhp RD250LC. 30bhp X7 ).
This bike is a very nice example and does not appear to have had any serious off road use. The engine was fully rebuilt at 11. 00 miles with receipts for the work and comes with a part service history.
I have a full hard copy parts manual and owners manual on PDF. Many parts are interchangeable with the DT125RE and service parts are readily available.
I am a member of the VJMC and the bike can be insured on a classic bike policy.
