I have had the Yamaha for 17 years. it was Owned by a Mature Friend of Mine Before Me. and it has always been Stored in a Heated In-Door Garage

Starts First Kick. Runs Beautifully and in Remarkable Very Rare Original Condition

I has Been Ridden Very Rarely and Only Started and Run Around a Grass Paddock Area Once in a While to Ensure Everything Starts Working Perfectly.

I Would Say it is of Very Good Condition. Especially Considering it’s Age. Plus it Must be One of the Last Surviving DT80’s in this Original Condition. as the Majority Were Used Off-Road for What they Were Intended and Built for – Not to Be Garage Stored It’s Whole Life Like this One.

To Make it Concourse for a Motorcycle Show it Would Need Work on the Plastics and to Have the Tank Repainted. However. as it is She is Totally Original and Complete. I would have thought it is more Valuable as an Original Bike with Signs of Patina Here and There. Rather than a Reproduced Modern Plastic Bike with Remade Plastics/Decals.
