2010 YAMAHA YZF-R125 LEARNER LEGAL MOTORCYCLE - DAMAGED; SPARES OR REPAIR

This 125cc 4 stroke learner legal motorcycle was first registered as new on 28/09/2010.  The motorcycle has been involved in an accident. nbsp;so is being sold as seen for 'spares or repair'.

The motorcycle has involved in a front end collision with the idiot who pulled across the road in front of me! The bike was travelling at a speed of approximately 40mph at the time of the collision. and suffered damage to the front end. All legal affairs regarding the accident are now settled. although as this took almost a year and a half to achieve means that the bike has been stood for some time since the accident (July 2013).

Due to the front end collision. the front fairing is smashed. with much of it now missing. In addition. the front forks are bent back towards the bike. There is also cosmetic damage (scratches) to the right fairing and to the exhaust where the bike fell after the collision. I have tried to highlight these areas of damage with the photo's on this listing. The bike does not start but this is probably due to the length of time it has been stood idle. and will likely require a new battery and change of fuel before it will run; the engine did start and run (in neutral gear) immediately after the accident. but the bike is now sold as seen and no guarantees are made as to the performance of the bike.

I will be happy for serious prospective buyers/bidders to view the bike to make there own assessment as to the extent of the damage (by arrangement). or if you want further photographs. drop me a message with the specifics of what you need and I'll try to add them to this listing.

The motorcycles reg is SG60 ASZ if you wish to carry out any checks.  The motorcycle does not hold a current MOT and is not taxed.  The motorcycle is supplied with the new keeper supplement from the V5 registration certificate and 1 original key. Please note: The bike is not registered as a write off (of any category) on the V5. therefore will not require any inspection. certification or re-registration.

The bike is supplied as seen in the photos. I will require the winning bidder to collect the bike within 1 week of the auction end. unless otherwise agreed.

Collection only. There are no domestic or international postage options.
