YAMAHA YZF-R1 4XV MK1 1998 RED/WHITE

original UK Yamaha r1 4xv 1998 mk1.  first reg: 22. 06. 1998 on R plate (non personalised plate. but first digit on the plate is 1 so reads R1).  totally standard (only mods are brake lines and original yam single seat cowl which is brand new in the box and only taken out to take those pix. standard red seat also included).  2 keys.  tool kit.  V5.  service book.   MOT's (8).  some receipts.   few old tax disks.   DATATAG doc.  current mileage is 29655.   bike is SORN.  service book stamped till 19011 miles (6 stamps) this service was in 2007. after that bike was serviced by owner.   last MOT run out on 5. 07. 2014 .  last October (2014) i decided to start using bike over the winter for commuting so the following was done to the bike: new battery fitted. original Yam air filter . original yam oil filter. yamalube oil. nbsp; all above from the local Yam dealer. new sintered pads all around. all fluids changed.   all important EXUP valve is cleaned and lubed . woking just fine.   starts on the button hot or cold.   then i've changed my mind and  decided to use my other R1 for commuting and keep this one to look at. so it was only started on w-ends and taken round the block to keep engine and gearbox moving.     bike is in VGC. it was datataged from NEW. so each panel is original (each one has same datatag number as per certificate. ).  2 marks worth mentioning (both on the pix) . 1 on the tank and second one is on r/h side lower panel which most of mk1 4xv's have . looks like design problem. i was going to replace that panel (plenty on ebay) but decided to keep it original and just touched it with yam red paint.   other than that bike is proper clean for almost 17 year old one.   i will only sell it for proper money as those models going up daily.   SW London. 07803 954 156 i also have another bike for sale (see my other listing) but only need 1 space so once one of them will sell i will end second listing.   bikes are not kept at my home address . so will need a day or 2 notice if you'd like to come and view.  ok. so I've had few messages asking if i am for real expecting to get ?10k for it. the answer is: offers are welcome. hence I've included my phone number in the listing. you are welcome to text me your offer.
