NO RESERVE 1980 Yamaha RD250LC RD LC *Matching Numbers* RD250 250 4L1 NO RESERVE

This is a classic 1980 Yamaha RD250LC which is MOT'd until 10th Feb 2016. has matching engine and VIN numbers and is HPI clear. This RDLC is being sold with no reserve and no buy now and starts. rides and stops as it should.   It comes with one key. the V5. the current MOT. he all clear HPI vehicle check report and its previous 2014-2015 MOT.   The original bodywork along with the chain guard have been removed from the bike since it was MOT'd in Feb.   The tank has been replaced with one that has a leak from the seam (pick 12. you will need to reseal). a front mudguard which is cracked and has a piece missing (pic 8. is behind the tax disc). a tail which has cracks in the laquer. and non matching side panels which have been filled/repaired.   The wheels are in excellent condition. the exhaust are good. it has matching frame and engine numbers. one key fits all. the mudguard is un-cut as is the rear subframe. the front locating forks on the seat have been replaced with an alloy bracket. it has the standard small oil leak from the gear selection shaft seal and the bike was originally from Germany.  It was registered and MOT'd in the UK in April 2014 and has covered just 2km since then. This will be a good value for the money LC for you and you could just reseal the tank and use it as it is and then hunt around for another blue stripe side panel. This is being sold with no reserve. so if you want a classic RDLC to ride this summer and you have the time to reseal the tank. replace some bodywork and fit a chain guard then this is the Yamaha for you.
