This is a 1981 Yamaha RD350LC 4LO.
You can see it was last used as a race bike. it completed in a 4 hour endurance race a few years ago. Since then it has been parked up in a French barn collecting dust.
The bike has matching engine and frame numbers. The frame has the centre stand bracket and side stand brackets still on the bike. I have the French logbook for it which confirms the date of manufacturer and also the NOVA import paperwork has been done for it.
The bike I have had it running. I few kicks and away she went even on the old fuel in it. It still has the oil tank and pump on it and the rest of the road electrics. Only things missing is the headlamp. brackets and clocks. plus the left hand switchgear. Also the centre and side stands and the key for the seat and fuel tank lock (I'm trying to find them at the moment).
It is a bike for fully restoring. but finding a matching numbers 350LC these days is getting hard and they are worth silly money once restored.
You can come and view the bike anytime. we are 10 mins from the M25 Junc 28 in Romford. Essex.
Please remember you will need to have a trailer or van to take the bike away. it will need registering in the UK when ready for the road (very easy I can tell you what to do).
