1972 Yamaha XS2 #'s Matching Running Titled XS650 Original Unrestored Survivor

1972 Yamaha XS2. Honest original condition. Unrestored with many parts replaced over the last 2 years. Odometer shows 18. 02 miles. but the title says exempt. Engine and frame numbers match. I bought this bike disassembled in boxes and put it back together for myself to ride back and forth to work in the summer. I think the pictures can describe the bike better than I can with words. Motorcycle is over 40 years old and being offered in unrestored condition. It does start. run. and shift through. Tank is clean on the interior. Paint on tank and side covers is original and does have wear as you can see in the pictures. Chrome is decent. Baffles are loose inside the mufflers. Muffler bodies are solid and sound good when running. Turn signals do not always flash when turned on. Electric starter works sometimes. Fork seals weep and should be replaced. Some rash on front of tach bezel. Handlebars are crusty. I will include a cleaner set with the sale. I do have a set of front turn signals that are included. One has a tight crack in the lens.
