1980 Yamaha IT 250. The engine has OUTSTANDING compression shifts great clutch works smooth as butter and has NO issues. The chain and sprockets have extremely low wear Mono shock has good dampening brakes work well. The only real issue with this great classic machine is..... the plastic!! It will need new side panels front fender rear fender and the gas tank will need to be stripped of the unsightly white paint! It is pretty ugly BUT look past that... It is in excellent mechanical condition!! The head light does not work I assume it needs a bulb but I do not know for sure.You are welcome to drop me a line and arrange for a viewing thoroughly check it out and hear it runNOTE: It is NOT a museum piece or NOS! It is an older vintage dirt bike that is in good mechanical condition.
