Needs work, clear title

Buyer backed out of purchase so will try thisagain.This bike starts quickly and will idle but engine has blue smoke emitting from both exhaust when revved up and the starter clutch sometimes slips. The engine doesn't make any abnormal noise. There is no tail/stop light or turn signals. It has been repainted and has many blemishes/scratches and the chrome has scratches and minor rust as seen in pics. Tireshave very good tread. Speedoand tach faces are not attached and shock hardware is missing. Inside of tank is clean with no rust. This bike needs work and is a project. It comes with a clean, lear Va. title and key.
