Vintage Yamaha RT2-MX360 Motocrosser

BIKE DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE.1972 Yamaha RT2-MX360 Frame #RT1-191154 Motor # 191154 Bike has a light restoration years ago with a first over bored cyclinder with new piston and ring with new fiber clutch plates.Left side number plate is off a MX250.Petcock lever is broke off and have to use pliers to turn on and off.Kick stand is missing and bracket is partly broken off.Forks are ok but shocks are blown.Tires have almost new tread but due to sitting all these years they are dry rotted.Paint is chipping in some ares and sometimes can take a few minutes to get into neutral but it always goes into neutral.Seat looks original but is worn see pics.Bike was not even broke in years ago when top end was done.Now the bad I pulled it out yesterday to get it ready and put fresh gas in and 5 kicks and she fired right up,after riding it around on and off for maybe 30 minutes I heard a whistle and saw fumes being blown out of bottom of cyclinder,blown base gasket I do think.When putting on top end I bought a base gasket off line and did not want to wait to find a NOS Yamaha base gasket,i believe that was my mistake.My lost maybe your luck.Bike will still start but after a few revs it will blow through base gasket and die.I will be at Mid-Ohio Vintage Days and can bring with me for no charge.Must pay the small paypal deposit and the rest can be settled up at Mid-Ohio or I can hold bike until you make shipping arrangements as long as bike is paid in full .Any questions call or text 270-792-9710.Forks are ok but shocks are blown .
