2005 Yamaha WR 450 WR450F Enduro Trail YZ450F Dirt Bike

I am a 48 year old rider with too many toys, house, couple kids and no space in the garage. I bought this WR in 2007 when we moved here because of all the great riding opportunities. Unfortunately that was not enough to outweigh all the details in that first sentence of my description and have only ridden it about 5 times in all those years.
Excellent Condition rarely ridden but well stored. I have always run ethanol free gas in it and made sure to store it with STABIL and started it up but still swapped out the fuel every once in a while. Even changed the oil last year without going riding!!! Still has the same tires on it that it had the day I bought it and pretty sure they are actually original. Still has original chain and sprockets which are in great shape. Everything on the bike other than the hand guards and battery are from the showroom floor. Only other modification, hich is just trivial, s a small wire from the positive terminal to an isolated bolt on the rear fender to allow easy attachment of a battery maintainer without removal of the seat. Starts up and runs great. Wish I had more time to ride and regret not riding more over the past few years but have finally come to admit I just don't have the time to ride. I do have the original certificate of ownership that I required from the guy I bought it from who was the original owner that I will of course hand over. I am the second owner.
