Yamaha Majesty 400cc 2009 - NON FUNCTIONING: SELLING TO REPAIR OR FOR PARTS

I bought it used in 2012 from a Yamaha dealer. I did all services as scheduled and took very good care of it. However, t does not run. The crankshaft got bent and needs to be replaced and fixed. It broke down a year ago. At first it was the clutch that was worn out. Yamaha dealership did a very poor job and it broke down after less than 100 miles. My mechanic fixed it again and it broke down again. It is then we found out the actual problem was a bent crankshaft. He told me it would cost about 1,000 to get it fixed but if you can do it yourself, t would be much less. I had no interest in getting it fixed again and I bought a new motorcycle. I'm selling it to get it fixed or for parts. Parts are in excellent condition. For instance, got tires changed a few miles before it stopped working.
There are a few scratches on the right side and a broken piece of plastic on the left (see pictures).
It is in my garage in Santa Monica. You'll need to come and tow it, s it does not run.
I have clear title.
