This is a great looking and running bike. It has been garage kept and rarely used as you can see from the miles.
The 2007 Yamaha R6 was the most high-tech, rack focussed motorcycle you could buy when it was released. Technology to put Yamaha’s own R1 of the day to shame, einforcing that 600cc motorcycles are no longer a budget option but for many, imply the best choice. Rapid, orgeous and sometimes frustrating on the road but still easy to fall in love with.
The 2007 Yamaha R6 has an 18,000rpm red line, ly-by-wire throttle, itanium valves with chrome-nitrided valve springs. All this technology adds up to a smooth, nvolving engine that loves revs. And produces 131bhp – a similar figure 1000cc motorcycles made 15 years before the 2006 Yamaha R6’s launch. Low and midrange power are, nfortunately, ess impressive.
