Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer

Here is a 1979 Yamaha XS650 that has been infused with 2007 Yamaha R6 parts. All the control are off an 07 r6. 07 r6 front wheel, 7 r6 frontbrakes, 7 r6 forks, 07 r6 Woodcraft riser clip-ons, 7 r6 rearsets, 7 r6 Penske Racing rear shock. The tank is off a RD400. The seatstarted as aMule Cycles seat but has been customized with side number plates. The undertail is from a'99 R1 but has been heavily modified to fit the seat. The swing arm has been extended 1.5" to fit the mono shock. The engine was completely rebuilt from splitting the case and installing all new bearings and seals and gaskets, ew timing chain,750cc big bore kit, ustom cam from Megacycle Cams, luminum intake manifolds and Mikuni 36mm carbs, igh output ignition and PMA, 20 chain and sprockets. The starter has been removed so it is kick start only but I have the starter and can easily be reinstalled. I have the shifter setup to be GP shift, up 4 down. The exhaust is 2 into 1 head pipes with a GYTR R6 muffler. The gauge is a KOSO speedo/tach/signals electronic gauge. The bike was featured at the Martin Cycles Modern Classic Bike Show. I have put about 1000 miles on this bike and have not had a major issue with it yet. It handles amazingly and the engine is very strong but very streetable. Transport is up to the buyer, can help load. I've heard goodthingsabout Allied and that they have a dedicated motorcycle truck.Bike is being sold as is, ith no warranty orguarantee of such. $500 down at end of auction and balance due within 5 days.
