1967 Yamaha YL1E 100cc Twin Jet

This is a rare low mileage survivor, nly 2114 original miles. I've owned this bike since 1993 and it's always been stored inside by me and the previous owner I bought it from. I just took it out of dry storage that it's been in since 1994 (21years). I put a new battery on it and new gas in the tank and it fired right up ( they just don't make them like this any more). The tank has never had any rust in it. The petcock was leaking so I ordered a new one. It could use the dust removed from the mica undercut and have the generator commutator polished. The little bike cleaned right up for it's pictures as you can see. There is some pitting on the chrome. I had the seat redone, he drivers pegshave new rubberas well as the kick start and shifter. The bike has heel and toe shifter,,, nd Electric and kick start, t is a two cycle, win cylinder with auto oil injection.I have a clear Texas title in my name. Please take a close look at the pictures because they are a big part of this bikes description. It looks Great for a 48 year old motorcycle !!
