Blue 2003 Yamaha Zuma 50cc 50F Scooter

Condition:
Some scratches on black plastic near the ground. Notnoticeable. Is in good condition and runs with no problems. Comes with half a bottle of two stroke oil. Max speed of this mini scooter is 42mph.
History:
Has been sold many times without the title so will need a bonded title for registration. I do not know how to contact the original owner. I bought it from a private seller in California. Cannot be registered in CA because registration fees are more than the price of the vehicle. That is why I am trying to sell it outside of the state. Title is clean and has been checked by the CA DMV when I had them look up the VIN directly.
Shipping and Payment:
Would prefer the scooter be picked up at my location in Palmdale, A, ut I will transport it to your location and take the shipping costs as cash or money order when I arrive. I will send you the estimated shipping costs beforehand and we can agree before the shipment. Would prefer you live in a state adjacent to CA. Full payment is due as money order or cash only. I will provide an official bill of sale to make it easier for you to get a bonded title. Every state has different requirements.
