1997 Yamaha VMAX Customized with wet nitrous kit 97 VMX1200

1997 VMAX with a 2007 after market speedometer that has 4300 miles on it,
prior to 2007 mileage is UNKNOWN
This VMAX has a wet nitrous kit installed on it
Both front and rear tires are new and the battery replaced in 2015
always started with first push of start button when warm
always started with first push of start button when cold with choke lever pressed
runs well and shifts well but I have not ridden it faster than 70 mph
windshield will be installed on bike before shipment
Extras on this VMAX are:
I. HLY-3016 digital speedometer with programmable shift light
II. 2" Air / Fuel Ratio Gauge Equus 8366, ith O2 sensors installed on mufflers.
Connect to oxygen sensor and determine whether the engine is running rich or lean for maximum
performance efficiency Dual display offers independent or dual left/right bank vs. inline readings
Color LEDs provide a quick visual display of air/fuel ratio, wires of this gauge are connected, br> power and ground to VMAX Harness and two sense wires to exhaust oxygen sensors

IV. Wet Nitrous kit consisting of additional fuel pump, uel solonoid, itrous solonoid, elay, br> nitrous tank and related hoses/pipes
V. Shift (Warn )ligh, itrous Arm light, orn button activated nitrous, econd relay to inhibit
nitrous below a set programmed RPM.
Handle bar mounted red Warn light is programmable from 2000 to 15000 RPM thru the
speedometer TACH menu at set up. The Warn light is currently programmed 4800 RPM.
In addition to the red light coming ON at programmed RP, he Warn light signal inhibits
application of nitrous at lower than it’s RPM setting. Even when the nitrous arm switch
is ON and the horn button is pressed unless the Warn light RPM is reached nitrous will not
apply.
VI. Instrument panel,Instrument panel is modified for the digital speedometer and the added A/F gauge, br> there are two additional connectors out of instrument panel, ne to connect the A/F gauge to the
exhaust oxygen sensors and the second connector feeds that tachometer signal, eutral indicator
the low oil indicator to the digital speedometer. Both added connectors are Amphenol Sine 3 pins.

IX. Center brake / signal light and wiring harness
An MC-229 center brake light, ail light and turn signal light been added, hen brake is not
activated it will show turn signal arrows synchronized by right or left turn signals . MC-229 allows
arrow shape selection in first 5 seconds after ignition key is turned ON, uring that 5 seconds each
momentary pressing of the brake lever selects a different arrow shape. Wire harness been upgraded
such that all rear lights connect to VMAX wire harness via a single 6 pin Amphenol water tight connector.
