1979 Yamaha XS1100 Special
I bought this bike in February earlier this year.
Over the last 8 months I've been restoring and upgrading it.
CLEAN title
CURRENT registration
ALL in my name
8925 miles is very low for a bike this age and a bike that was built for touring.(mileage might go up if i take it out for a spin)
odometer works fine, owever the trip meter does not work.
clutch is great
power everywhere
great brakes
tracks straight
Carbs rebuilt internals and ultra sonic cleaning
K&N air filter
upgraded fuse box with blade type fuses
later model brake rotors front and rear
Rear factory rack, are
replaced rear turn signals with after market for rack clearance issues(original turn signals will be included)
largest plexifairing you can buy on the market, omes with the bike.
NEWish tires about 900 miles on them
Tank has one small ding on the left side, ou can see from the pictures.
Tank is clean on the inside
Exhaust is original and chrome is still very shiny
Fork legs are clean and free of rust

Pick up coils rewired with softer wire housing(this is a must do service)
