1977 Yamaha RD400 One Owner 9,940 Actual Miles! Runs Good No Title Been Sitting

Attention classic motorcycle collectors,here is a 1977 Yamaha RD400 two stroke project one owner with 9,940 actual miles! bike has been sitting inside a garage for several years,the title has been lost,i can pass along contact information to the winner of the auction of a title company that can aquire a new title for the winner of the auction,numbers match 1A1309549 built date of 12/76,bike started right up on the 6th kick this morning the temp is 15 degrees here in Mn,i reved the rpms up while the bike was running and took a picture of the gauges,throttle is free,brakes don't work,not sure if the oil injection works so there is some two stroke oil in the tank,tank looks ok inside,clutch lever pulls in,tranny shifts threw all the gears,as soon as I let the clutch out to ride the bike in gear it dies so the clutch might need to be adjusted,one mirror is missing and everything I have for the bike is in the pictures,selling as is although I don't see any major repairs that the bike will need,looks like there a small ding in the tank,there might be some rust and or rust pitting here and there on the bike,buyer will have to pay for shipping and locate there own shipper if one is needed I'm not sure there prices I can meet them at my door they havebeen here several times usually uship.com,i can have the bike sit here for two weeks after the auction ends,auction may end early because I might sell it to a party before the auction ends,paypal accepted as payment if your not local,Thanks for looking and good luck bidding the bike is located in Forest lake Minnesota 55025 Carl.
