1980 Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer custom project bobber rat rod crotch rocket

1980 Yamaha XS650 Caf?© Racer. Bike runs and rides good. Foot pegs are from a 2005 Kawasaki ZX6R race bike. I removed the stock rear passenger peg mounts and welded threaded mounts for the rearsets.

Fabrication Work/Parts: 2005 ZX-6R Rear set Foot Pegs w/brackets/shifter/brake pedal. ZX-6R Rear Brake Master Cylinder. Removed passenger peg brackets. nbsp; "center up" Tachometer Brackets. Caf?© Seat(made from steel sheet metal) Not painted in pictures. but it is semi gloss black like the tank. Pictures will be updated with it painted.

Needs: Taillights. Shifter Pushrod oil Seal/drips oil when engine is running($5 rubber seal that pushes in by hand). electric starter needs to be cleaned/looked into in order to work(kick start works fine)

Extra's included if wanted: Stock Speedometer w/mount. Center Stand(factory mounts still on bike to make maintenance easier but. they can easily be removed if a cleaner look is  desired)

Nice old school Caf?© bike. Has the factory Electronic Ignition. Brakes. carbs. and fuel petcocks have been cleaned/gone through. Front and rear Disc brakes. Front tire is good. rear ok. Hold air fine.  It could use some cosmetic detailing/final tuning. but it runs and goes down the road good as-is. Check out the videos of the bike running.
