1981 YAMAHA TT 250 ALL ORIGINAL AND IN GREAT RUNNING CONDITION(SOME PATINA)

Here is a bike that you don't see every day. The bike is all original right down to the water canteen/number plate(except where the prior owner painted the bottom end of motor and the exhaust heat shield). The bike was a play toy for an ice pond in there back property and did not get that many miles on it since he purchased it new. There is no speedometer but I can tell by the patina that is on the bike that it has not been ridden much. The original owner disconnected the compression release because of a blog he saw on the internet stating that it was causing more harm than good. the bike is super easy to start and will start on the first kick most times. i just recently changed oil and filter so the bike is ready to ride. She runs great and will lift the front tire with a twist of the throttle(real torquey for just a 250cc). There are no lights and this bike was never street legal(thus no title) I do have a bill of sale from original owner and can also supply one from me if needed. The seat is in really great condition,the brakes work and she shifts smoothly. the clutch grabs like it should and there are no issues with the motor. The front tire is still sporting the ice racing screws but the rear screws have either been spun out or removed. The knobby tires are in excellent condition. The throttle cables both work(push and pull)but the connections that screw into the throttle boss are both broken off and should be replaced. If you have any questions or concerns please e-mail me.
