1973 Yamaha XS650 Original Paint TX Runs Good!! No Reserve!!! Electric Low Miles

Up for bid is a 1973 Yamaha XS650. This is a numbers matching bike (S650-204060). Look over the pictures closely and feel free to ask questions. This machine had been sitting for a number of years before I acquired it recently. I went through the carburetors and cleaned the points and it started right up. The engine sounds very good with no unusual noises. Has good throttle response once warmed up. The charging system is functioning good. I cleaned it up a bit and here it is in it's original factory paint. I ran it through the gears and it seemed to shift nice and smooth. The electric start works but will need a new battery. The headlight only works on one beam. I did not put any gas in the tank, t will probably need a little flushing out before use. It had been drained before being stored. So the fuel lines are not currently connected to the petcocks. I ran it off an auxiliary tank. The brakes work as they should, did clean out the master cylinder and front brake caliper. Tires appear to be in good condition.
