2012 Yamaha YZ450F less than 25 well taken care of hrs

Up for sale is my 2012 Yamaha YZ450F!
I bought this bike brand new in 2012 right off the show room floor and since then I have put less than 25 hours on it (oil and filter was changed every 5 hours).
Clear Title in hand.
Never Raced always been a Trail Ride Bike.
I love this bike, just don't have time to ride anymore between work and school. I have put some blue anodized aluminum pieces on it as follows: Gas cap, oth brake reservoir caps, nd all engine plugs. Brand new chain and rear tire. The bike comes with two air filters one is a twin air brand the other is OEM . It also comes with the GYTR power tuner that is brand new. Owners Manual, nbsp;Service Manual and a Adjustable Pit Stand
