1979 Yamaha XS1100-

Just picked up by me from the ORIGINAL Owner's family is this GEM of a bike in this Yamaha XS 1100- Meticulously maintained by the father (who passed the bike to his son in law and daughter)-FANTASTIC original condition and besides a weak battery, he starts and runs and idles perfectly every time~ FAST is an understatement- ORIGINAL SEATS, AUGES, Samsonite luggage dressing (all period and fitted to the bike, riginal faring,etc, tc- NADA is over $5K on this bike, ut I am selling it for much less~ It has a clear Bill of Sale and lineage of ownership and is 100% aboveboard- VIN on motor and frame match (as a bike described like this one should....)- One broken right tail light, ut the signals (even in the one with the broken lens) ALL WORK FINE. Every mechanical and Electrical issue is stock and in perfect working condition. Tank has no dents and as you can see, he seat is minty with no rips, ears, tc. Shaft driven. Anyway, f you are looking for a top of the line vintage bike, top looking and grab this one or turn into that head turning street bob that you've alwys wanted. I would (sincerely now....) fill this bike with gas, nd drive it to California if the weather said go today) It needs a bit of a polishing (thats just me), ut other than that (maybe a tire, our good to go~ Again, RIGINAL, ll SERVICE RECORDS included, nd very reasonable reserve for bike of this caliber!
