Update 20160105:
The engine can be cranked several revolutions via the kickstart and is not seized.
The tires are original and have over 1/4" tread remaining.
Here is the story of the oil leak. I rode the bike across the state and noticed oil on the underside of the engine and sitting on the engine guard. I could not find the leak so I began to ride back across the state, hecking oil and adding some, ot more than a quart (all that I could carry). Made it home without running out of oil or seizing up, hat was years ago. I haven't run the engine again and never had time to figure out what's wrong or what happened.
Update 20160106:
According to my notes the last time this bike was run was July of 2009.
It has been stored in a garage ever since.
The XT350 is a kick-start bike, o e-start.
The baggage mentioned in the auction comes with the bike.
I cannot accept returns and the bike does not run so it cannot be tried out.
The fork-shock tool I mention is a bolt I welded to a rod. It's needed to rebuild the forks and the Yamaha equivalent was around $50.
Winning bidder will need to pay via Paypal, ign title paperwork, nd only then pick up the motorcycle in the Overland area of St Louis, O.
Title transfer needs to be completed when the vehicle is picked up.
I cannot perform service or have service performed on the bike.
