this has been a project of passion by 2 guys who love these bikes.
a cafe racer that would sit proud at Londons Ace cafe and be part of the "Ton Up Club"
the engine which is a TX650A has been rebuilt from ground up including major inhancemnents such as Hughs handbuilt PMA alternator with complimnetary Pamco electrnic ignition and E advance. new Mikuni vm 34 roundslide carbs. new Deka 400 ca battery matching Metzler tyres.handcrafted sidecovers instrument cluster. original steel side covers are also included. i have owned 5 of these bikes and this is by far the most tenacious and most powerful one yet. this project has cost us more than what we are asking. however we reluctantly are seling it due to ill health. TO ALL TYRE KICKERS DONT BOTHER .. YES THIS IS A FAST BIKE AND NO YOU YOU CANT RIDE IT. this is a one off bike which are increasing in value rapidly worldwide. do your research and check with your partner lol then contact us if you are a seriouis purchaser. note we are sick of tyre kicking peopled with stupid questions like "can my mother ride it, ill she fall off? omg are these people serious anyway this is the 5th XS 650 ive owned and i have a partner in ths build who has said all through the build " if its over half the tolerance of wear then replace it " so we have and its cost a small fortune but by far this bike boogies and its the fastest 650 ive owend... hits the ton reall quick sounds awesome and wants to boogy on more but at 600 kms (360Miles) from new rebuild im only just starting to feel her loosen up. shes tight, igh compression and loves to excite..this is a very reluctant sale due to both of us sufering ill health. yamaha xs 650 the most fun motorcycle ever built in my mind an any one thats riden one will... if theyre honest.. agree that the nly thing that kept thiere head on due to a smile so big was the remnants of thier tonsils
