This was a complete frame tare down, very part was closely inspected before reinstalled

I consider the bike to be arideable restoration, his means as nice as it is, t’s not museumquality. With that said, f the front and rear rims were replaced it would bemuseumquality.
The rims have scratches, ear rim has two chips in edge of rim. Iwould have replaced them but, t would have added another $700 to the cost of the bike.
