Up for bid is a 1978 Yamaha SR500. From my personal collection. Clear Title. Only reason for selling... Justdon't have to time to ride them all. So its up for bid to let someoneelse get some miles on it! Some history is..I'veowned it for 5 years now... It was a 1 owner machine. Only 4,250 miles.Matching numbers 2J2-007458. I put on a Vintage Full Supertrapp Exhaust system. Vintage aftermarket Drilled front and rear rotors... Vintage Koni Style Shocks. Metzler Tires. The bike starts right up and is ready to ride. No leaks or noises. Everything works as it should. Brakes/ Electronics etc. Gas tank has no rust inside. As for thecondition goes... it is in excellent shape for the year, ut expect wear for a 30 plus year old motorcycle. Some things to mention, mall ding in front fender. Ding on the left side of the speedometer gauge. No rips in the seat. No dents in the tank.Chrome has some pitting.
