1981 Yamaha YZ125H

Up for sale is avery straight1981 YZ125H survivor. It is in great shape for it's age and looks as though it has been used as a trail bike it's whole life. It usually starts in a few kicks, as lots of power and shifts great through all the gears. I recently took it to a local Yamaha dealer for a carburetor cleaning and to be looked over. The mechanic found the engine to be solid with 125 psi compression. It's also recently had an oil change, ew air filter, ew fuel filter, ew plug and new DG pipe. It dribbles some anti-freeze from the steering stem and a few drops of oilhere and there.

Please keep in mind that this is an unrestored35 year old dirt bike and it's not perfect. I alsorecently installed a new kickstand, ew handlebars, ustom handlebar pad,grips, evers and decals. The tires are about 50% and hold air. The gold annodized rims and suspension arein nice shape. The front and rear fenders have minor cracksand all plastics are solid OEM and look to be original.I bought this bike from aguy who rode it around his farm for the past 20+ years with no issues. The bike is all there and would make a great vintage racer, rail bike or would be a great candidate for arestoration to display as a show piece.The right person could really make this bike amazing.

Included with the bike are the following spare parts: owners service manual, riginal exhaust (dented/cracked-most likely could be repaired), spare carburetor, spare airbox, spare throttle, new aftermarket seat cover and the original kickstand.

Unfortunately, cannot ship the bike. Pick up is 100% the buyer's responsibility. A $200 deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The balance is to be paid in cash at time of pick up. No checks will be accepted under any circumstances.
