1969 69 YAMAHA R3 GRAND PRIX 350 R3RR 350CC low miles 8,448 YR3 NUMBERS MATCHING

Im selling my 1969 yamaha R3 Grand Prix.
it has very low miles & as far as i can tell is all original.
frame & motor numbers are the same. rare matching numbers.motor #R3-0226engine #R3-0226
miles are 8,448
tires are bad and need replaced.
the original seat cover is cracked & has a hole on the right hand side. it needs a seat cover.
the front brake switch needs to be replaced. its actually an easy to find part on ebay.i rebuilt the carburetors in october 2015. the bike was serviced at the same time.
the chrome needs polished. it has little spots of rust that it has gotten from sitting. polishing & a wax will keep it looking nice.
its a pretty rare bike in original good shape. ive posted a lot of pictures. i have a clean utah title.
even grips are original from what i can see.the chrome is the weak point. there is some tiny rust dots on the exhaust.the chrome needs polished. polishing & a wax will keep it looking nice.the chrome on the chain guard is bubbling. there is a picture of it. its not something that will clean off. nothing is flaking off.the carbs need to besynchronized. i did not do that after rebuilding them because i could not find my flow meter. they are pretty close.The bike ran very strong & shifted through all gears. i didnt ride it super hard as the tires are pretty bad. but it was snappy and fun.battery was new last fall, ut i didnt take it out & keep it charged. it may need replaced. shoot me any questions you may have. i dont ride this bike & im selling it because it just sits. someone will be able to enjoy this bike.buyer is responsible for shipping. im willing to store outside under my carport while you arrange shipping. my shop is right on main street so it will be easy to load up for shipment.$500 deposit through paypal at the end of the auction is required.payment of the balance can pretty much be in any way you would like. any checks or otherinstrumentswill need to clear before i will let the bike ship. i can take payment of the balance in any way you would like to provide it. if you would like to use paypal for the balance there may be a fee. please contact me for details.

I ordered in a new battery for the bike.i started it up (started 1st kick)took it out on a ride. it has tons of power, ons of torque & runs great.i noticed that the forks need rebuilt.its missing the front steering damperthe air filter is missing.the bike runs great. lots of fun. a bit scary on its original tires, ut still was fun.
