Over the last three years I have owned a Harley Electra Glide, Yamaha R6, Triumph Speed Tripple, Yamaha R1 and now this Yamaha FZ8 is on point.
Myprofessionalvalue on this bike; it'seasilyworth $6000.
History:Purchase used from Woods Fun Center in Dec. 2015 for $6000.This month replacedtires, hain and sprockets for $800 parts and labor.Oil and filter change in the last 200 miles.
Condition:Great overall running condition.Like new with fresh tires and chain drive andotherwisenormal wear for age and miles. Laid down in 2016, eft a scratch on a plastic edge. Spin out from debriscompromisetraction highacceleration low speed turn start from a stop sign. Does not bother me. Nothing compromised, o I haven't take the time to fix it.Minor scratch on gas tank plastic right hood from rubbingagainsta stone wall, osmetic only. Looks worse up close. Notice in the first picture it is totally there but easy to miss. The second picture captures it in the worst light.It is a $590 replacement part cost at Woods oreasily fixed with sandpaper andgraphicas needed.

• 779cc liquid-cooled, -stroke, nline 4-cylinder, -valve engine delivers smooth power delivery and gobs of torque in the low to mid rpm range. But this engine also lets loose with eye-opening horsepower when the revs climb toward redline.
• Fuel-injection with 35mm diameter throttle bodies has optimum intake efficiency and smooth throttle response. Provides precise fuel/air mixtures for awesome power delivery across the rpm range.
• Compact, ent-roof combustion chamber with a high 12.0:1 compression ratio with 26mm intake valves and 22mm exhaust valves contributes both to the superb torque and high-rpm power of this engine.
• Intake funnels for cylinders 2 and 3 are 25mm longer than the two outside cylinders. This tuning trick helps maximize the engine�s punchy torque delivery.
• The FZ8 inherits proven R1/FZ1 technologies, ncluding forged aluminum pistons, racture split carburized connecting rods, nd ceramic-composite-plated cylinders.
• The 68.0mm bore and 53.6mm stroke specifications were carefully chosen to maximize the strong torque characteristics, s was the new crankshaft with optimized inertial mass.
