Yamaha FZS600 / Fazer 600 - 2002 "02" UK reg - Good Runner, needs tlc for MOT

This is a 2002 Yamaha FZS600 Fazer. It is on a UK "02" reg and I have the full V5 logbook. Also have several old MOT's and receipts fro the bike.

It has been a well looked after bike. However it has been stood unused for the past few years. Garaged. so the wet/cold weather has not got to it. But it does need a few jobs to get an MOT and back on the road.  

The exhaust downpipes has gone rusty. so these will need replacing or repairing.  The front tyre is bald. no other way of saying it. The rear has very little live in it. so really needs a pair of tyres. The battery is flat. it took a charge and we have had the engine running from it. But it went down soon enough. so may need replacing.

Generally the bike is in good condition. It has been dropped on the right hand side ant some point. as the top fairing is marked and cracked a little (as pictured). Also there is a small dent in the fuel tank (as pictured). The brakes are all good. I put some fresh fuel into it and away she started. so not much wrong with that. Engine was quiet. just the downpipes blowing which would stop you wanting to use it.

So with some tlc and a MOT this would be a great winter commuter bike. one I'm sure you would use all summer as well :)
