Yamaha Virago XV250 SThe reason I'm selling this bike is because I live in the Lake District and I now have to travel 25 miles to and from work every day. If you have been to the Lake District before you will know that it rains. a lot! and the roads aren't the best. I'm anticipating the commute being outrageously miserable over the winter so I've had to bite the bullet and buy myself a car. I've had a motorbike for the previous 5 years and the prospect of not having one is very saddening.  BUT! This bike will make whoever purchases it extremely happy and I'll be upset to see a bike this good leave. It has MOT until July 28th 2015 and Tax until 31st July 2015I bought this in October 2013. so pretty much a year now. Since I purchased the bike I have done a lot of work to it. Below is a list of everything that has been done to the bike since I've owned it. Note - most of the work has been done within the last 6 months. The previous owner installed these however. The only blemishes on the bike are the scratches on the fuel tank (photographed). these are from carrying things on my lap.  I have a spare set of rear brake pads that can be included in the sale - I accidentally ordered 2 sets when I replaced them a few months ago.  I also have 2 half full bottles of engine oil and a full bottle of brake fluid that I will throw in with the bike. as well as a couple of tools like spark-plug spanners. brake hose etc etc. I will throw in 2 good open-face motorcycle helmets with the sale. too. This is an amazingly reliable and economically efficient motorcycle that has had a lot of work done to it! It will make someone very happy!I will deliver the bike to anywhere in Britain for the price of petrol and my returning train fare - This shouldn't be too much considering the bike does 90 miles to the gallon.
