Yamaha dt125r, dtr125, dt 125 field bike

this auction is being relisted due to a total time waster if you can not pay or pickup the bike then please do not bid!!!   hi up for auction is my yamaha Dt125r field bike. Iam not shaw what year it is ? But i believe it to be from the early 90s. I brought this bike about 3 years ago to ride around the fields to get the feel of riding a bike again. As have been away from bikes for years. As iam in my 40s now. But after having it about 5 months and only taking it out a couple of times. I decided to buy a road legal bike. And this bike got put in my parents shed and forgoten about. Well after getting hints from them that they wanted the space back in the shed. I went and got it out cleaned the cob webbs off and put a hose over it pumped up the tyres. put sum fuel in it and after about 20 kicks to my surprise it started up. It smoked like hell. But it is a 2 stroke. But after letting the bike tick over for a while the smoke died down and seamed to run ok. Ive tryed starting it since and it will start after about 3 to 4 kicks. After sitting for 2 and half years without being run at all. It would benefit from a good service. such as carb cleaned and a good check over before riding it. So the bad bits id like to point out about the bike. The fork seals seam to have started leaking. It would benefit from a new clutch cable the one on the bike is to short but does work. The front brake dont seam to work that well now . And the engine will probably need a bit of a tune up. or a good run to give it a clearout. The tank plastics do have a couple of bits broken off them but really are not that bad as can be seen in pictures the rest of the plastics are ok. The head light on the bike is just for show. it does not work. the seat has tape on it to cover a split. nbsp;The tread on the tyres are about half worn down. Iam shaw theres other bits and bobs it mite need ? But to be fair it is what it is a Field bike. Thats what ive noticed so far. Because of this iam selling this bike as spares or repairs. Also i should add to save people asking this bike has no v5 documents and no id numbers. Thats how i brought it. Ive been as honest as i can about it. But on the positive side it does run and with a little bit of tinkering it could be a good bike again as ive lost interest. nbsp;But i hope someone else can have a bit of fun on it. sorry no delivery offerd local pickup only from near sudbury suffok c010 cash on collection only and sold as seen no returns.
