1999 YAMAHA YZF-R6 BLUE COMES WITH PRIVATE PLATE R6 FRM, NO RESERVE

Yamaha YZF R6 600cc blue coloured sports bike for sale. ***NO RESERVE!!  MUST GO SO IF IT SELLS FOR A PENNY THEN SO BE IT!!***There are 3 reasons why I'm selling my bike as follows;1.  I bought this bike from a colleague 3 years ago and have only done 2000 miles since (no time to ride)2. I had one child at the time of purchase.  I now have 3 (Yup. 3 so no life anymore)3. My number of wives has remained the same (1). but her nagging at me to get rid of the bike has increased tenfold. The private plate - R6 FRM. uprated exhaust and steering dampener all come free with the bike. The bike is fine.  No mechanical probs etc.  I've had it serviced and MOT'd every year despite the extremely low mileage I have done.  It has always sat in the garage and only been out in good weather.  In the garage. it has always been attached to a trickle charger so the battery remains in optimum condition.  There is a controllable steering dampener also fitted to the the steering as you can see from the pics.  I quite liked this.  You can make the steering as stiff or as loose as you like. On 01. 05. 13 I was advised that the bike's clutch was pretty worn so I got a brand new one fitted (see image of receipt).  I've not held back on ensuring the bike has always been at optimum performance and regularly fully serviced.  All receipts will come with the bike.  The bike is Data-tagged which basically means all panels have a security number permanently etched into them albeit discretely.  You can have this transferred into your own name so if the bike is ever stolen. there will be no doubt as to the owner.  Even if someone changes the number plates as all panels have been data-tagged.  I passed my Direct Access and bought this beast from my colleague immediately.  I paid £2. 00 for it at the time.  0-60 in 2. 8 seconds. it is about as fast as vehicles get on the road.  The uprated exhaust (£900) sounds incredible.  Everybody comments on it and the Mrs hears me coming home from a fair distance.  I am confident that upon hearing the sound this bike makes. you will want it.  This is an excellent bike and I certainly couldn't believe that I got this for under £3000 . you will undoubtedly get it even cheaper as there is ZERO RESERVE!!Its just been through its MOT this month so you are fine till September 2015.  6 months road tax bought last month (August).  The bad bits;-The petrol light stays on most of the time.  Even when the tank is full.  I've never really bothered to get this checked out.  I can only assume a sensor is loose or something similar.  There are definately NO LEAKS etc anywhere. -There are a few scratches and scrapes here and there on the bodywork but I would say. given its age. its in far better condition than you would expect.  It is actually in really good condition.  I'm not mechanically minded if I'm honest so I dont know the inner workings of these things.  Feel free to email. text or phone me your questions on 07502 457 350 and I'll do my best to answer. This is a seriously fast piece of kit.  I would not recommend this for younger riders unless you have some experience on bikes.  It is incredibly quick. I have never felt speed like this before. Test pilots: You need your own insurance so if you want to test ride. please bring the document.  If I let you test ride with no insurance. I am guilty of the offence of causing or permitting another to ride my vehicle with no insurance.  I'm not going to risk losing my license over allowing an uninsured rider to take it for a spin. For test rides. you will also need ID (passport or driving license) and a £1000 deposit.  If you crash the bike then this is non-refundable.  I work closely with DVLA on a daily basis so I am aware of all the scams. Bike wont be posted to Africa.  However. I am of course very happy to switch the bike on and let you see and hear it run.  I have 2 remote locking keys for the bikeI have the full documentation. No postage or delivery unless you are very local.  You will have to come and collect. My preference is bank transfer or cash on collection.  It needs to go so I'm putting it on this auction starting at a penny.  If it goes for a penny then so be it!  THERE IS NO RESERVE!!!!
