Here for sale is my other Yamaha TW125 2003. The tw125 is a seriously underrated bike and is brilliant to use as a commuter and the stock oversize tyres make it ideal for learning how to corner properly and can cope with all road conditions. It's been a little project of mine for a bit and have very much enjoyed riding it. I am selling as I have decided to stick with bikes but have purchased something bigger for touring and don't have the space for both.
Work carried out on bike in last few weeks (have some receipts as proof) and new means new:
Frame re-spray
Carb disassembled and cleaned
Oil and filter. Air filter. Front fork oil and seals. Brake fluid and front pads
Head bearing checked and tightened
Valve clearances checked and adjusted. new spark plug fitted. new exhaust valve grinded and fitted along with collets. oil seals and head gasket
Chain checked and adjusted
Various bolts replaced. swing arm pivot greased
Tires and chain/sprockets have lots of miles left
New stock downpipe fitted
Renthol bars
Only downside is some minor rust spots on the tank but they are minor.
