Yamaha Thunderace YZF 1000 R Black and Silver Tax and Test 2002 Late Model!!!!

Up for sale is my much loved Yamaha ThunderAce! Brand new rear tyre fitted less than 300 miles ago! plenty of tyre left on the front!Iv owned the bike for just over 12 months and bought it from a dealers with 1 previous owner. and since then it has been a cracking bike! The bike has done approx 21. 00 miles. I originally bought this bike as in 'in between' bike after an accident and really enjoyed it so I kept it until something else that took my fancy popped up :)This is the newest model which is also the 4SV full power. top spec thunderace. The bike has bags and bags of power! More BHP than the original R1 that succeeded it! More than anyone could easily get bored of! Its superbike power and styling (almost) with a lovely cushion for your bum in a comfy position. It's great for passengers too. very comfortable and the engine is as smooth as a freshly shaven. Nevermind. It's smooth anyway ;) The bike scrubs up beautifully and is polished after most washes so it still has that showroom shine. It's not the fastest. or the loudest. or the most aggressive. or raciest bike on the road but it certainly shifts when you want it too and doesn't attract too much unwanted attention! It keeps up with the big boys on their newer shinier litre bikes too and embarrasses the 'all the gear no idea' know it alls on 600 super duper race bikes. You know the type. the ones that buy knee sliders and pop em on the belt sander.  Since owning the bike I've had the suspension set up for a more planted feel which can be set back to stock for a comfier ride prior to sale if that's required. I've done some other bits and bobs to the bike but no silly 'monster energy this sticker adds 5BHP' decals any and all modifications done to the bike are sensible and tasteful! Bike never fails and has never missed a beat! Iv changed the oil and filter 3 times since owning the bike. and changed the spark plugs and air filter about a month ago. I tend not to ride the bike in the rain if I can help it but we all get caught in it every now and again :'(Genuine reason for sale: To fund my other toys (and not because the mrs is complaining that I have too many. honest)The bike is in good condition and rides and stops as it should! Is mechanically sound however there are a couple of minor bodywork imperfections which is to be expected. Every advert you see for a bike over 10 years old will tell you theirs is "the best in the UK" or its "soon to be a classic" etc etc etc. if you have done your research on these bikes. you'll know what to look out for and I can answer any questions about the bike. The showroom I bought the bike from have serviced and maintained the bike for quite some time and knew the previous owner very well and assured me it came from a good home. Since then I have bought the bike and regularly serviced it however there is no proof of this.
