Yamaha R1 4xv,1999' 9k miles, showroom condition

I've been thinking about parting with my beautiful R1 for awhile but never seem to get around to actually doing it. This weekend I uncovered it . tarted it up and decided I'd give someone the chance of owning this stunning example. s you can hopefully see from the pictures it's as good as you can get unless you turned the clock back 15 years and went to your local Yamaha dealer with a big pile of cash!I'm the 3rd owner and have owned it for half it's life . t has 9 thousand miles on the clock only. Both original keys are with it and the handbook and service book stamped up last at 7 kIt's kept covered in my garage on an optimate and starts quickly and easilyIt has Goodridge front hoses and I have the original ones. he bodywork is immaculate as is the seat and rear pillion padThe frame has real carbon covers on it which just lift off and can be removed in a minute. can photograph the bike with them off no problems as theirs nothing to hide just the previous owner put them on and I think it looks better with them as they are real carbon jobsI changed the oil and filter in April and have'nt done more than 20 miles this summer!!so that's why she may as well goI haven't the original screen to make it 100% original but ebay will provide that most days of the week if it bothers youI would say it's one of the best R1's in the uk and I'm very fussy!The R1 lives with me in the Isle of Man so I would arrange a meeting with the serious buyer in Liverpool or heysham no problems with the v5 and paperwork so you can register it . t was supplied new on a T registrationI'm happy to answer any questions or send any particular photo of any part or area you would like to see. absolutely nothing to hide!If the bike doesn't sell it will be started and polished and admired by myself even longer and I'm sure will appreciate further like all the original early japanese bikes in showroom condition as this one isAny questions call Steve on 01624 898205 thanks
