Yamaha AG200 trail bike

This is a rare Yamaha AG200 field bike. Originally imported. possibly from Australia. it has all the current British documentation. It was declared originally manufactured in 1985. and registered with Swansea in 2007. I got it from a local farm where it had been principally used to help round up sheep in the fields. It is in very original condition. but it is also a bit scruffy and needs to be tidied up a bit. It has just run out of MOT this week. although I have taxed it for a year as from the beginning of this month. ( I think with the new DVLA rules that means that the tax is not carried forward to the new owner). It has done 32350 kms. It has new tyres and I have spent quite a lot on things like oil changes. carb refurbishment. rebuilt generator etc. It starts and runs really well. only last week I rode it 50 miles around Cornwall. It can be a bit reluctant to start when hot. but its running rich and perhaps the carb is not quite right yet. It also needs a new battery. 6v. probably although the one on there is only about a year old. It is eligible for VMCC runs. This means the lights etc only work properly when the engine is running. and the indicators bleep but dont flash. probably a bad earth somewhere. This is the type of bike used in places like Africa and Australia for use in remote areas. It has a rack on the back and on the front to carry extras. It also has a fully enclosed chainguard which is very good at protecting the rear chain. There are a few faults with this machine. I have tried to be honest about them all. The bike has to be picked up personally from mid Cornwall.
