Relisted due to no contact from buyer. gave him seven days to reply to emails with no response. Yamaha wr450f 2008 58 plate taxed & mot'd. little use (3 x over 50 year old guys have owned it in its life) excellent condition. little scuffs & scratches as you would expect but generally a well looked after clean bike. I had the restriction kit removed by a yamaha dealer in newcastle 18/07/14 and they fitted the UK full power kit that I received with the bike. this was a 6 hour labour job as the emisions kit is integrated throughout the bike (please see the previous owners description below for explaination). The very fact this has been fitted all its life proves the bike has not been ridden hard or raced in anyway. Whilst I have owned the bike I have fitted a new back tyre and a new battery and I only used the bike for 1 ride out. I bought it 3 months ago to try to loose a bit weight and get fit however when I came back after my day out I could not move for a week. I'll leave this to the younger generation and buy myself some hiking boots. lol. THE ORIGINAL DISCRIPTION Yamaha WR450F 2008 on 58 plate. excellent condition. very low usage. never been fiddled with. This is the california US model only ever registered in this country and never made it to the US. Exactly the same bike but restriced heavely for emmisions control. Still has Californian emission restrictors throughout the bike but I have the full power uk kit should you choose to fully unrestrict. if you choose to do this please try the bike first as it is to aggressive/ fast as it is. First question regarded the mileage. I can't be 100% accurate due to only having a double tripometer fitted. However. I do know the bikes history. The guy I bought the bike from is a good friend who I've been laning with for the last three years and he has kept a log of all rides and mileage; his total miles are 1871. He purchased the bike from a guy in Cornwall who had the total mileage as 1600. The overall mint condition. and the fact that the factory decal protecting films were still on. supported the mileage. I have owned the bike since late 2012 and due to being out of the country for 4 months every year and having the bike SORNed for 9 months I've only clocked up just over 800 miles; so total is 4271. I would reccomend viewing. as when you see the bike up-close it really is in top condition. I've also found. in the paperwork. an RAC data check dated 8/9/2011confirming no outstanding finance or any insurance claims on the bike. I also forgot to mention. in the original listing. that there is: a workshop manual. five or so new oil filters. oil and coolant. to be included with the bike. (end of original description). I will deliver anywhere in the country for £1 per mile both ways from NE39 2LE. (so what ever Google maps say it is from my post code to yours double it and thats your price. full payment will have to be made before I set off .
