2 yamaha passola mopeds , moped scooter restoration barn find

 Here we have 2 Yamaha Passolas. one has been restored. is in great condition and runs great. the other was saved from the scrapman and is for parts only. it doesnt run but has complete engine/gearbox so would do for parts. both have no paperwork or numberplates. they can be used for spares but if the winner wants to put them on the road they can apply for v5's from the DVLA. I have just recieved an email from the DVLA as I enquired about getting a v5 for the restored passola but the reply was that to get a v5 you have to do the following;send 25 pounds with the frame/engine number ( which are the same on passolas)have the vehicle intact (which it is)take the vehicle to your local vosa to have it inspectedwhen all this is achieved. and if the vehicle is still on the DVLA register then a v5 can be issued. as I dont have the transport to take the bike or the time as im moving soon ive decided to sell them. im dissapointed as I thought it was a straightforward process getting the v5 but it seems it isnt. the restored passola was bought by the previous owner at a truckfest and restored and used on private grounds for 3 years. they never applied for the v5 as they didint need it registered. I then bought it as stated above. the scrap bike I intended to use the restored one on the road and go to the scarp bike for engine bits as required. so both come as one. located in south shields. any questions please ask.
