1979 rd400f daytona special

Up for grabs is a 1979 rd400f DAYTONA. I just do not have the time to finish it and really. it is too small for me. Has new 34mm tmx carbs with aluminum manifolds ($500) comes with extra front rims and one back rim. extra set of rotors. lots of misc parts. And I do mean a lot. Electrical. brakes. cables and bearings. What it needs- the wiring has been compromised (see pics) The guy before me hacked it. I tore the the bike down and had the frame powdered. Pulled the head and jugs. then took the engine to the yamaha shop. Checked out fine and after honing the cylinders and filing the ports. she went back together. It has new paint and decals. hayabusa rear sets were added. The oil injection pump has been rebuilt yet there is no reservoir. Cal Fab aluminum swing arm and new RFY shocks. XS650 gauges (same as daytona. Chrome instead of black) this is what comes with the bike- 28mm carbs. 4 extra discs plus one mounted on one of 4 extra rims (5). 2 cables. extra rear brake caliper (very hard to find as they only made them one year) with 2 old and 2 new pads. 3 extra front pads. two brand new sets of wheel bearings. 2 extra coils. one extra front master cylinder. boost bottle with rubber intakes. extra axle. extra triple tree. voltage regulator. rectifier. tail lens. brake piston. brake lines and original handle bars. the fairing is painted to perfectly match the yamaha pearl. the bike is not perfect. sold as is.  This is my third daytona sold on eBay. I have described this bike accurately so ask plenty of questions before you bid.   I have 100% positive feedback. I intend to keep it that way. Own a legend. Produced only one year and going up in value. Clean title in my nameP. S. I put the high miles on due to the fact that they are unknown. When we pulled the jugs at the Yamaha shop. the cylinders looked great so we ran a quick hone down each one just to get the cross hatch and put it back together. I am guessing. by the looks of the cylinders. it did not have many miles on it. Either way. it has smooth cylinder walls and new rings.
