2001 YAMAHA XJR 1300 GREEN

Yamaha xjr 1300 that i have just taken as a part exchange from a close friend who wanted my immaculate GSX 1400. o i do know this bike very well. The XJR is on a 51 plate. howing 25. 00 miles. ith MOT until March 24th  2015 and tax also until end of march. although not sure if this is now transferable due to the recent tax changes). As you can see it's been treated to a dream machine paintjob ( so i'm told) in Triumph roulette green and looks great. It also has an aftermarket Remus can (not e-marked) standard part not included. The overall condition is good but its not immaculate. t is afterall 14 years old. As stated it's suffering from minor corrosion of the laquer on the engine casings. ome of which heavier on the rocker cover. Also the headstock and bottom yolk are showing signs of corrosion. Other than that it's generally clean for it's age. Mechanically it's very good. here is some minor service history (up to 2006). ore recently It was MOT'd in March at which point it was also treated to an oil change. ew chain and sprockets and a rear tyre and has only covered just on 2000 gentle miles since. ut it will need a new front tyre in the near future.
