Yamaha YDS6 250. UK model. One previous owner. V5c present in my name. The bike had been stored for number of years before I bought it. nbsp;The chrome work was pitted but appeared to be solid so I had the front and rear mudguard. both exhaust pipes. chain guard and petrol cap rechromed. All turned out very well apart from the rear mudguard. a hole appeared where it was double skinned. I managed to locate a good solid rear mudguard in the USA. the chrome is not as bright as the rechromed parts. but is presentable. A local classic car restorer is at present repairing the original and is included in the sale. New front and rear tyres are fitted with new innertubes. ew battery and spark plugs. The bike has been checked over. brakes and carbs striped and cleaned. At present two new K&N type airfilter just in case the carbs need cleaning again. The original airfilter box and intakes are included in the sale. hey are a devil to get off and on. Apart from the work mentioned. the bike is in original and unrestored condition. It may not win any prizes at the VJMC shows for over restored ornaments. but is a good useable bike
