Yamaha Diversion "Spares or Repair"

My Husband is selling his motor bike;Yes I am :-( I have decided that I have to sell my "divi" I took her of the road Jan 2010 due to a binding front brake with the intention of fixing her. This just never happened. This Easter I forced myself to find time and in the last 6 months all I've accomplished is to remove the caliper. the rear panels. seat and tank. Free up the stiff cables and remove the air box as the bike turned over but didn't start but did briefly when I put some petrol directly in the carb. So not a lot so based on this and the fact it will take me roughly 10 years to strip and re-build at this rate I have decided to let her go to a new home. I am sure that someone with a little time can her back on the road.  2 things have happened to the bike whilst of the road it was knocked over whilst moving my brother in-laws furniture into the garage. it still there!!!!! The only damage was the end of the clutch handle broke off. The other is that the seat and forks are pitted. This is because we run a tumble dryer in the garage. Oh and spiders have taken a like to her too. She has done less than 30. 00 miles though so with some tlc she has a lot of life left in her.
