yamaha jog rr spares or repair

Hi selling my son's scooter. ot been used for a couple of years and i want it gone. It is all there with a spare tyre which was bought to be fitted on the rear. It does not start but it does have a spark. the fuel is two years old like i said so assume it justs need replacing. t was running when parked up. I bought and fitted a  new battery to see if it would start. it turns the engine over plenty fast enough. All lights work as they should. breaks work freely. Cant see anything wrong and looks like it would go through a mot once started and fitting tyre. We have the Full V5 in my son's name. Cash on collection in cheltenham. NO BUY NOW6
