1988 Yamaha FZR1000

 This bike is extremely nice and very original. The plastic is in excellent condition with no cracking around the mounting wholes.  There is a hairline crack in the headlight fairing that can be seen in the photos. At some point in the past someone tried to remove the FZR sticker from the left side main fairing and failed. I have a NOS sticker kit that comes with the bike. The bike came from out east and has some corrosion on the wheels. which will need repainting. There is also corrosion on the fork tubes. I have owned the bike for about 8 years and rode it regularly up until about a year ago when the fuel pump failed. It has been covered in heated storage since. The bike ran strong before being parked. The bike will pop out of second gear above 5. 00 if revved hard. All other gears perform without flaw. All the lights and gauges work perfectly. All wiring is original and uncut. This is a great bike that with a little effort could be made near perfect. Please call with any questions. Barrett 503-930-6868
