1998 Blue YZF R1 ORIGINAL OWNER, PERFECTLY MAINTAINED, FAST, SUPER CLEAN

Purchased new on April 11. 1998. it has been in my care ever since. Adult owned. professionally maintained. never crashed. never raced. never tracked. this bike has always been kept in the garage and meticulously maintained.   It is essentially in "original" condition. original fairings in original paint. with only modest (and easily reversible) modifications.   It looks great. runs AMAZINGLY. and is so light and quick that it is hard to believe this bike was released 16 years ago! Everything works. needs nothing. and it was recently serviced including fluids and an ultrasonic carb bank cleaning and sync.

Modifications:

"YZF" and small "YAMAHA" stickers have been removed

Rear mud flap has been neatly trimmed shorter

Rear pegs removed. stock passenger pegs are INCLUDED IN THIS SALE.

Carbon fiber F/R fenders. stock (blue plastic) F/R fenders are INCLUDED IN THIS SALE
