The Motorcycle in question is a 2004 Yamaha Road Star with just under 12500 miles. this cycle appears to run ok. but the polished alum is pitted from sitting the registration shows the bike hasn't been used in approx 3 years. the paint is good as well as the seat. fuel guage does not function nor does the idle adjustment cable and the rear tire has a nail in it and leaks down.   The Yamaha comes with a clear tittle. This bike comes with many accessories performance exhaust. windshield. multiple headlights and more.
