Dt125lc 1986 tax 4/15 mot 6/15 recently replaced all engine seals

This  auction is for my dt125lc that I purchased earlier in the year while I was taking my testWhen I purchased this bike the guy i brought it from told me it had been fully rebuilt but his idea of rebuilding a bike was to use metal compound paste to hide holes & generally hide the faults to rip the buyer (me)off Since I've owned the bike I have had a hole in the sump alloy welded to repair it properly rather than continue with the metal compound that hid the problemWhen the engine was stripped for this all the engine seals were replaced as they were also starting to perishThe bike now runs fine & all oil leaks seem to be repairedThe only job left to do is replace the clutch basket that is missing one bolt. the bike still runs fine & can be used but clutch is not the best because of the missing boltAs I state above the bike can be used as it is but would suggest replacing clutch basket Mot until June 2015Tax until April 2015To buy the bike & get it to where it is has cost me a small fortune so won't give the bike away but obviously  also not looking for all monies I've spent backIf you want a good project on a classic bike then this would be perfect. if you want a showroom condition bike then maybe take your credit card to a bike shop :) All in all a classic bike that requires work but is also great to use as a cheap run around in its current stateAs with all second hand old bikes no warranty given Any questions please emailCollection from SN14 area of wiltshire
